"Everyone is their own Chief Human Officer." CHO is a coaching business founded by Jerry Won in August 2019. The brand serves as a platform for 1-on-1 coaching and media content in videos, podcasts, and print. A 'placard' form encases the 'CHO' wordmark, representing the personal nature of the brand.

The focal point of the concept is the circular crossbar, which places the human at the center of the brand. The 2 stems of the H form the outstretched arms of the human, symbolizing the aspirational mission of the CHO business. Turquoise was chosen for its approachability, distancing CHO from overly corporate blues and reds.
